Thank you for your interest in attending the 25th Anniversary Gala Night.

In order for us to calculate numbers for catering and seating purposes, we will be asking you to place a Rs1000 deposit, committing yourselves to the event. The following dates have been established to encourage early registration:

Registration by:

30th April: Rs 1000 (REFUNDABLE deposit OR donated to charity)

1st May & 15th May: Rs 1000 (Non-refundable AND it is donated to charity)

16th May & 31st May: Rs 1500 (Non-refundable AND it is donated to charity)

May 31st is the final date for registration.

Spouses welcome (no deposit needed for the spouse): after making your deposit, please indicate in the registration email whether your spouse will be accompanying you or not.

You will be able to make your payments through an online transfer. This is our preferred method of payment:

In the ‘Narrative’ field of your on-line transfer, please specify your name & surname.

If, however, you are unable to do this, we also accept cheques (made to PROGOS), and also cash deposits. These can be sent to the Business Office at Le Bocage.

You will also need to advise whether you would like your deposit to be refunded to you or donated to a charity.

We will issue you with a formal invitation that you will need to present at the gate on the night of the event.
