Welcome to Le Bocage International School (LBIS) Library. This Library serves as the hub of the school with its key focus being quality support of teaching and learning. This active space poses as a verb and less of a noun, is considered a safe space and embraces belongingness for students and teachers, while catering for 21st century teaching and learning. Each year, the library acquires new book resources to add to its collection and students are encouraged to have relaxed reading for fun.
The school provides Internet/WiFi access to all library users. within the library and across the campus facility. The library supports students with ethical research skills and resources thus enabling students to be better inquirers, critical and creative thinkers, independent, and life-long learners. In this artificial intelligence (AI) age, we value ethical and appropriate learning practices that nurture a culture of academic integrity. The library resources (both digital and physical) embrace the school’s multicultural diversity and support teaching and learning within the school community.
