Learn | Build | Innovate | Succeed

“Throughout human history, we have invented tools to work smarter and faster, and at times those tools have made the impossible, possible.”

At LBIS technology isn’t just a tool—it’s a gateway to creativity, problem-solving, and global impact. Our Design Technology Labs and video production studios provide students with hands-on experiences in engineering, digital media, and cutting-edge design. With a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme and a cyclone-resistant, high-speed network, we ensure seamless access to resources, collaboration, and innovation—no matter the conditions. Our commitment to future-focused learning is deeply embedded in IB pedagogy, where students engage in inquiry-driven, tech-enhanced education that prepares them for tomorrow’s challenges. At LBIS, innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s experienced. Our students don’t just consume technology; they harness it to create, inspire, and lead.

AI

At LBIS, we embrace ethical and appropriate use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support teaching and learning. Just like the IB stance on the use of AI software, LBIS will not ban the use of generative AI tools. The  innovation helps learners to brainstorm and advance their learning. Learners are taught how to appropriately and ethically use AI tools so as to develop a culture of academic integrity and be principled. LBIS students using AI tools are highly encouraged to demonstrate critical thinking in/out of the classroom and in tasks assigned by their teachers. Students know that work produced by such AI tools or even in part, will not be considered as the student’s own work. For more information on ethical and appropriate use of AI generative tools, please visit the IB stance on the use of AI and the LBIS Academic Integrity Policy.
